Girls into Golf (GIG) is now into its 11th year! GIG invites women of all ages – both passionate and curious about golf – to learn the game in a relaxed, female-friendly atmosphere under the close eye of Professional, Di Pavich.

Tyler Quaill – Superstar of the Future
For someone who has just turned 17, young Tyler Quaill has crammed a lot of golf into his short life. He’s been a member of Horton Park, and then Maroochy River, for 12 years, a part of the club’s junior pennant squad since he was 11 and, this year, a member of Maroochy River’s A grade pennant team.

There are lots of dates in what is shaping up as an extremely busy year & we would like to alert you to the major external ones in our area. It is planned to have the fixture book ready for you in early March when you can check all the internal ones as well.
Maroochy River’s Luke Parker is the State’s Top Trainee Pro
It wasn’t a fear of failing that concerned Luke Parker as he took a three-stroke lead into the final round of the Queensland PGA Trainee Championship at Windaroo Lakes last week – it was of not fulfilling his destiny.
Our Amazing Volunteers
The current group of volunteers working to enhance our club here at Maroochy River can trace their foundations back to our Horton Park days. Volunteers regularly met ever since the Horton Park was first proposed to cultivate holes, plant trees, remove branches and regularly help out our small band of dedicated groundsmen.
