31 Mar Lady Members’ Cup
The weather was disappointing over the past few days which left our course in a reasonable state, however, not quite dry enough to allow carts on the course. This meant that a number of women were unable to play. It was also the Qualifying round for the Women’s Handicap Match Play Championship which commences later this week.
The proud winner of the Lady Members’ Cup, kindly sponsored by our Life Member, Mary Haddon, was Elaine Sandow who scored 70 nett, winning on a countback from Colette Pascoe and following closely were Lubi King, Sue Hughes and Nancy Chapman with 71 nett. Great golfing ladies!
