13 Feb Course Renovations – Course closed Monday & Tuesday
Course Renovations– (to commence today after last tee of competition has gone – Golf Course closed Monday 14/02/22 & Tuesday 15/02/22). Mini Golf course will still be open.
As we have over the last few years, we are going to take the opportunity on Monday to give the Kitchen a deep clean while the course is closed, coffee, pies, sausage rolls etc will be available from the Bistro but, no meals. The Kitchen will re-open as normal on Tuesday.
The Course Superintendent advises that it will be a relatively light renovation entailing the following:
- Scarify everywhere – greens, tees, surrounds and fairways
- Solid Tyne all fairways and tees
- Mini core and rub back on the greens
- Amendments to greens (Fertilizer / soil treatments to bring up some nutrient deficiencies)
- Top-dress greens
