14 Oct Greens and Fairways Renovations
Greens and Fairways Renovations will start directly after the last group in Sunday’s comp has hit off. This will mean that no play is permitted on the course after 12:00 on Sunday 16th October, weather permitting, the reno’s will be completed late Tuesday afternoon and the course will open for play again at 6am on Wednesday morning 19 October 2022.
As is normal practice, the Green Staff will check the equipment functionality and depth of cut/core on the practice chipping green and practice putting green today so they can get stuck into the main job on Sunday afternoon.
As per previous emails, we are also in the middle of changing over to a new Membership & General Ledger Software. Over the last few weeks there has been a mountain of work done by the Admin Staff in preparation of the changeover next Monday & Tuesday.
At close of business on Sunday night, the existing software shall be shut down. During the changeover period, the clubhouse will be closed and will re-open on Wednesday morning at 8:00am.
To Recap:
- The course will be closed from 12:00pm on Sunday 16th October and will re-open at 6:00am on Wednesday 19th October.
- The Clubhouse and Mini Golf will be closed on Monday 17th & Tuesday 18th October.
- The Pro Shop will be open as usual but members will be unable to transfer any prize point over to their pro shop account until Wednesday.
- The Driving Range will be open from 6am till 5pm (last balls at 4:15pm) on Monday and from 10am till 7:00pm (last balls 6:15pm) on Tuesday.
