Grahame joins us as our new Head Chef, bringing with him a rich culinary background that includes experience at the Coolum Surf Club and working alongside renowned chefs like Matt Moran. I am excited to see Grahame’s creativity and expertise shape our menu offerings and elevate the dining experience for our members and guests.
Gunjan, our new Sous Chef, brings a diverse culinary journey that spans from the Silver Mountain School of Hotel Management to international experience with the Hyatt hotel group and in the United Arab Emirates. I am confident that Gunjan’s culinary skills and global perspective will add a unique flair to our kitchen and delight our patrons.
