The club has decided to change our checking in method from the current ‘Guest HQ’ QR Code to the ‘Check In Qld’ app.

Check in and you’re good to go!

We’re using the new Check In Qld app to help keep you COVID safe the next time you visit.

All you need to do is:

  • Visit https://www.covid19.qld.gov.au/check-in-qld for links (see below) to download the app from Google Play or Apple App stores.
  • You will only need to enter your details once when you first open the app.
  • Next time you are at the club, simply open the app.
  • Select “Check In Now” and scan the new QR code or enter our code.

Using this digital check in means your details will be stored securely by the Queensland Government for 56 days to assist with COVID-19 contact tracing (if needed).

The Check In Qld app is safe, secure and private. By using it you are helping Queensland’s pubs, clubs, restaurants and cafes to stay open, and you can visit us in confidence, knowing you can be contacted quickly and easily if there is any risk of exposure to the virus.

For those that do not have smart phones, there is an iPad set up at Reception where those members and visitors can check in ensuring all our visitors details are in the same place for easy notification if needed.

Use of the Check In Qld app is optional. If you don’t want to or can’t download the app, you still need to give your contact information to a venue who is required to collect information via another electronic method.

Make sure you have a compatible phone or tablet device and your internet connection is switched on. The Check In Qld app is available on:

  • Apple iPhone, iPad and iPad touch operating iOS 10.0 or later
  • Android devices using Android 5+.

Download the Check In Qld app from Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.

Register your details (required for the first time only).

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address

At participating venues, open the app, select ‘Check In Now’ and hover your smartphone over the displayed Check In Qld QR code.

Add in any additional people—those who are with you without their own device or app.

When the check-in is complete, show venue staff the app successful check in screen.
